Just my thoughts...
You having an issue with how you treat one person on one board, and having that person over here as well.....
I would tend to look at it as a people issue and not a board issue.
I know I would have a problem if someone treated me in a manner as to it has been eluded to in how you interacted with chaser, and then expected me to completely forget that since this is a different board.
different board, same people, same issues.
Although for me, it is between the two of you unless you step over the line (Drau worded it nicely above)...

I honestly don't ever remember having much if any issue with Chaser until very recently....always seemed to be a good guy
I think I'm one he has an issue with. Slap, no joke, we wont take any mean or rude behavior here. You're welcome as long as you can be cool and not stir it up over here. we have a great mello, respectfull board here and want it to stay that way.
